:( Conflicted. I could start the Goals early... But I was really hoping to start during Break... But... this would be a good way to get a good headstart.... But I could always rent it... and besides.. it's on Wednesday, a weekday. :/ *frets*

Starting Date: Tuesday Dec. 23, 2008
End Date: Sept. 19, 2011

1.Find out more about count-downs, make one, and use it.

Daily

2. Make it a habit to recite the Heart Sutra at least once a day.

3. Make a conscious effort to not apologize so much.

4. Make a conscious effort to stand/sit up straighter.

5. Get into the habit of making my bed every morning. Do so for at least 50 days. (8/50)

6. Eat healthier.

7. Get into the habit of 50 sit-ups a day.

8. 10 minutes of jump-rope a day (weather permitting).

9. Get into the habit of 15 push-ups a night.

10. Get into the habit of using sunscreen.

11. Smile more often. Even if it's to nobody in particular.

12. Find another suitable mantra to memorize and memorize it (like Da Bei Zou, or Metta Sutta)

13. Getting into the habit of not eating after 6:30.

14.Never stay up past 11.

15. Get out of bed by 9.

16. Read the newspaper, at least 3 articles per week.

17. 3 times of Pilates every week.

18.Post about 101 things in 1001 days once every week.

19. Drink fruit/veggie juice and/or tea at least once a week.

21. Write in journal at least once every 2 weeks.

22. Donate 10 inches of hair to charity.

23.Fill a jar with folded paper stars, reciting Heart Sutra one time for each star.

25. Find out if there is cheap scrap cloth at Arts & Craft stores (ie: Michaels, Joann Fabric), and if so make a tie from them.
